Baker Tilly Automotive Services offer a unique approach to the traditional Profit Clinic by analysing the operational issue rather than just the numbers.
Our business clubs are aimed at bringing together General Managers and Dealer Principals for the purpose of improving performance by sharing of best practice, innovation and tried and tested basics.
They are based around a series of one day events aimed at either the whole business for General Managers, or specific areas with more detailed specialist analyses for Sales Managers and After Sales Managers etc.
Each event is unique and tailored to manufacturer requirements.
